No returns unless item is faulty.
If you have any kind of fault with an item, please get in touch straight away and
we will replace for you upon receipt of photographic evidence


Shipping Info On Physical Merch

  • Buyer pays shipping & packaging cost.

  • Items are sent via Royal Mail from the UK.

  • Please note, you may be liable for import tax if requested by your country's authority,
    as it's not paid at the point of sale in our USA or EU stores. Thank you!

  • If your parcel is delayed please check with your local delivery office,
    almost all delivery delays/problems are due to “while you were out” card not being left, or something similar.

  • Royal mail don’t consider items lost until domestically 15 days or internationally 30 days,
    so whilst I am happy to help and advise I can’t do anything until those dates have passed.
